Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Immersion, an experience designed to help your body release tension and your mind settle into a state of deep rest.
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping. While the body rests comfortably lying down, awareness remains present as you are gently guided through stages of relaxation and inner awareness. This practice has been shown to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote deep mental and physical restoration.
During this experience, Yoga Nidra will be accompanied by the resonant sounds of instruments such as gongs and singing bowls. The vibrations of these instruments help guide the mind into slower brainwave states associated with meditation, relaxation, and healing. Together, these practices create a powerful environment for resetting the nervous system and reconnecting with a sense of calm and balance.
This session is open to all levels. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to rest.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
