CCA's Learning in Action Day

Ready to take your advocacy skills to the next level? Join us in person for a hands-on session where you'll get to put your skills into action. This is the perfect chance to build confidence, learn new techniques, and connect with fellow aging advocates. Don’t just learn it—live it!

Meet with state legislators and staff and observe committee hearings in action, with guided discussion before and after to help unpack what you see. Navigate the Capitol and gain a clearer understanding of the legislative process. Connect with other aging advocates over meaningful discussion and build confidence in your advocacy skills.

Current 2026 CCA members attend for free. . Attend advocacy committee meetings and receive newsletters to stay updated, free or discounted trainings to strengthen your skills, and weigh in on the issues and how CCA runs. Limited membership scholarships available.

Not ready to become a member? Individuals may purchase a ticket for $30 and organizations for $200. Try out a CCA event and consider joining us as a member later on.
