Have you ever wished you could completely relax, but found it hard to quiet your mind? That's one of the reasons we love offering Yoga Nidra + Crystal Singing Bowls together at 7th Heaven Sound Baths in Ormond Beach. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice while lying comfortably in a zero-gravity chair at rest, as the resonant tones of the crystal singing bowls wash over you. The combination creates a multi-sensory experience that can feel deeper than either modality alone. No yoga or meditation experience required. $48 pp. Limited to 7 people per session.
