About this Event
Step out of the autumn chill and into a space of deep restoration with our Hunter’s Moon Yoga Nidra workshop. Named for the vivid full moon that follows the Harvest Moon, this time of year marks a season of reflection, grounding, and gathering our internal energy as the days grow shorter.
Yoga Nidra, often called dynamic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that gently leads you into a state of conscious rest between waking and sleeping. As you lie supported on your mat, you will be guided through systematic body scans, breath awareness, and seasonal visualizations designed to release deep-seated physical tension, quiet the mind, and connect with the intuitive, reflective energy of the Hunter’s Moon.
What to Expect & Prepare:
- Comfort First: Please wear cozy, comfortable clothing—such as layers, warm socks, or sweatpants. Since you will be lying still on your back for an hour, your body temperature will naturally drop as you relax deeply.
- Take-Home Gift: Every participant will receive a complimentary custom essential oil roller, specially blended to capture the earthy, grounding essence of the full Hunter’s Moon.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required—simply bring yourself, rest, and reset under the energy of the full moon.
This is a small class, so admission is limited. It is recommended that you reserve your space in advance.
