Relax and accelerate healing in this special Yoga Nidra event. 1 hour yoga nidra = 4 hours sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also referred to as Yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra induces deep relaxation, heightens awareness, integrates changes and accelerates healing.
