Join us for peaceful healing space to fully relax & release tension from body & mind ✨ I'd love to welcome you 💚there will be peaceful space oils which I've blended essential oils, balms & aura/meditation space sprays available to use (& a selection to purchase with gift bags if you'd like to buy yourself or someone else a healing gift)
We'll then release tension through the body with relaxing restorative floor yoga asanas combined with breath work pranayama 💫
You'll be offered some beautiful Ceremonial grade cacao made with oat milk and honey 🍵
Guided chakra energy center meditation, releasing anything we'd like to let go of this year & focus of manifestation energy for the new year✨️
Releasing & cocooning yourself in your blankets I'll guide you into deep relaxation yoga nidra to end the session with soothing balancing crystal singing bowl sound journey ✨️
Please bring plenty of blankets & cushions for comfort & feel free to enquire if you'd like any further details 💚
