Subconscious Reset + Guided Pathworking Journey
Step into deep, supported rest with this guided Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing experience.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a powerful practice that brings the body into profound relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. This in-between state allows the nervous system to recalibrate and the subconscious to soften, integrate, and reset.
You’ll be guided through a traditional body scan to settle the body and quiet the thinking mind. From there, we’ll move into a structured pathworking meditation, a carefully guided inner journey designed to help you access clarity, insight, and deeper self-trust.
As you rest comfortably, crystal singing bowls will layer beneath the experience, supporting integration and emotional release.
This class is for you if:

• You struggle to fully relax
• You want rest that actually feels restorative - no movement
• You’re craving clarity without force
Just lay down, listen, and receive.
Mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided. Wear something warm and comfortable, and feel free to bring an extra layer for added coziness.
