Join us for a slow, spacious journey from deep rest into creative expression. We’ll begin with an extensive and immersive Yoga Nidra practice, guided by Tara Muir - a deeply restorative form of guided meditation practiced lying down, inviting the body into profound rest while keeping the mind gently awake.
From this quiet, receptive state, we’ll move into the world of images, intuition and collage.
Nola Abboud will introduce us to the work of an artist whose visual language will become the starting point for a guided collage practice. You’ll explore composition, fragments, textures and unexpected connections, allowing your own inner imagery to emerge and take shape.
