Nada Yoga is the ancient practice of the yoga of sound. Over two mornings together, you will be guided through practices of Deep Listening, Sounding, and Call and Response that ease you into a deeply meditative state.
You will explore your voice in fun, unusual, and completely new ways, and experience what happens when a whole room of voices rises together.
It is something you truly have to feel to understand.

No singing experience is needed. Truly.
This is not a learn to sing class, but many people leave feeling more comfortable and confident using their voice on every level, in practice and in everyday life.
Your guide and teacher is Iris Mickey, Certified Yoga Therapist and owner of Soma Sound Yoga in Madison, WI. Iris brings warmth, playfulness, and deep experience to this work, and we are so honored to welcome her to SoundSpace.
