The session will begin with a gentle yoga and meditation class led by Heather 🧘♀️, followed by an open and informative menstrual health talk with Synkit Health 💬
Expect a safe and supportive space, meaningful conversations, and positive energy throughout — plus refreshments and some lovely goodies to take home ✨

Wild Heather Wellness - Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent
1. Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, understand that Yoga and other physical activities offered by Wild Heather Wellness (hereafter referred to as "the Instructor") involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscle strain, joint strain, injury, or in rare cases, severe injury or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating.
2. Physical Condition
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical conditions that would limit my participation in these activities. I have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding any health concerns, and I agree to inform the Instructor of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect my ability to participate in classes or sessions.
3. Waiver and Release
In consideration of being permitted to participate in classes, private sessions, or other activities with Wild Heather Wellness, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Instructor, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained by me during or as a result of participation in any class or session, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Instructor from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation in Wild Heather Wellness activities or from my breach of this waiver.
5. Covid-19 and Other Communicable Diseases
I acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19 and other communicable diseases and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by such diseases by participating in Wild Heather Wellness activities. I agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Instructor and any applicable government regulations.
6. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding related to this waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
7. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By purchasing a ticket, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver of liability and agree to its terms, including waiving certain legal rights such as the right to sue
