About this Event
join me on sunday 19th april at 3pm for a mat pilates session with me, suzi. this is mat pilates for the not-so-perfect pilates crowd who may have been partying the night before or just looking for a relaxed, welcoming, and completely pressure-free pilates session.
we’ll start with around 60 minutes of mat pilates, moving through a gentle but energising session with plenty of rest, adaptations, and optional movement throughout. everything is optional, and i’ll offer lots of modifications, so you can take things at your own pace. there are no hands-on corrections. just space to move in a way that feels good for you.
you can turn up hungover or wholesome, tired from the weekend or simply craving a slower and more grounding sunday moment. this session is designed to help you reset, stretch out and reconnect with your body without any pressure to perform or be perfect.
after the session, we’ll wind down together with herbal tea and snacks, giving you a chance to relax, chat, and ease into the rest of your sunday.
come exactly as you are - no perfection required.
