Join me for a weekend of yoga, sound baths, relaxation, deep rest and renewal. Held at the beautiful Florence House in East Sussex, by the sea!
Florence House is located just 2 hours from London, at the brow of Seaford Head in East Sussex. An ideal location for a retreat, set amongst the wildness of nature amidst beautiful gardens, and only a few minutes walk from the sea.
Suitable for all levels.
Enjoy Hatha yoga encouraging strength, flexibility, calmness, rest and balance. These mindful classes will include asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and guided relaxation.
You will be bathed in two wonderfully healing and nurturing gong sessions throughout the weekend. Each will have its own unique intention, enabling you to drop into deep relaxation.
Workshops may include journaling, mandala art and a gratitude practice.
