Take an hour each week to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Join certified yoga instructor Lynn Hughes for a welcoming class that blends mindful breathing, gentle stretching and slow, flowing movement to improve flexibility, balance, strength and overall well-being.
Designed for all experience levels, this class offers a supportive and encouraging environment where beginners and experienced practitioners alike can move at their own pace. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase mobility or simply enjoy an hour of self-care, Lynn will guide you through a practice that leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced and renewed.
No experience necessary. All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and an open mind as you begin or continue your wellness journey.
