Yoga in the Yard

Join Sea Yoga each Sunday at 9am in the yard at Crooked Hammock! Each week we alternate between slow flow or yin yoga! All levels welcome! Kids flow free! Your ticket includes a complentary draft or non alcoholic beverage for after class! Stay for Crooked Hammock's fabulous brunch after class! Mats available for use during class with at least 24 hours notice by texting 843-605-1751.
