🧘♂️ FREE FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY YOGA 🌿Join us every last Saturday of the month for a free community yoga event!
My name is Derick, and I’ll be your yoga instructor. I teach at Zen DB Yoga in Myerstown.
💚 I wanted to start this event as a way to give back to the community and share some of the benefits yoga can bring into everyday life.
My goals are to:
• Help people learn tools to manage everyday stress
• Teach youth how to slow down, breathe, and center themselves
• Encourage kids and adults to get excited about yoga
• Bring people together for a positive community experience
🧘 What to bring:
• Yoga mat, blanket, or towel to practice on
• Water to stay hydrated
👨👩👧👦 All ages are welcome — this is a family-friendly event!
