Class will be held at the Central Park Pavilion (250 Library Lane) or the 2 big shady trees nearby. All levels of yoga welcome for a slow, mindful practice incorporating breathing techniques to promote overall well-being and relaxation.Please bring your own mat, 2 blocks and a strap, water and sunscreen.
Parking is available at the Gelatin Park parking lot. Bathroom facilities available nearby.
Trillium drop ins, class packages and memberships can be used or drop in the day of for $20 cash.
