Chrysalis Yoga and RKFIT bring you Yoga in the Park this spring and summer. Yoga classes will be held at Middletown Park located at 7628 Coblentz Rd. in Middletown on Tuesdays at 6pm, May through September You will find us down by the pond among the trees in front of Shelter #1. Classes are free to RKFIT gym members and just a $10 drop-in rate for non-members. These classes are a slow flow yoga practice open to everyone. All are welcome! Bring your own yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, an open heart, and willing spirit.
