Join me for a monthly outdoor yoga series at one of our favorite neighborhood breweries—a space I’ve loved and taught in for over six years. After a sweet pause to welcome my daughter, I’m so excited to be back and sharing this practice with you again.

This class is designed for every body and every level. Whether it’s your first time on a mat or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll find a supportive, welcoming flow with plenty of options. Expect thoughtful modifications, opportunities to turn up the heat if you’re craving a challenge, and a curated playlist to carry you through the experience.

We’ll move, breathe, and connect—then you’re invited to stay, relax, and enjoy the brewery vibes after class.

A few things to know:

• Please bring your own mat or rent one for $5 via Venmo or cash; kindly DM Andrea upon registration to let her know if you'll be needing one as they are limited.
• This is an outdoor class— please dress for the ever-changing New England weather (layers, sunblock, baseball caps, etc.)
• If it is expected to rain, you will receive an email the evening before class confirming the cancellation and you will have the option of a refund or a credit for a future class.
• Drop-in day-of for $20 Venmo or cash.
