About this Event
A day of community, connection, and celebration at Yoga Forward’s 5th Annual Gratitude Fest! This free, family-friendly event is hosted by the Yoga Assets 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Cohort and will feature a full schedule of several yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound baths, kids’ activities, and more—running every hour from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Explore local vendor booths, enjoy healing and uplifting practices, and enter our hourly opportunity drawings for fun prizes. Proceeds from the drawings and vendor contributions support Yoga Forward’s mission to take yoga where it isn’t—bringing mindfulness and movement to underserved and marginalized communities, including schools, cancer patients, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, refugees, and those impacted by incarceration.
What to Expect
