Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, on Thursday 10th from 6:00-9:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for an evening workshop that will focus on the anatomy of the shoulder: the shoulder joint, rotator cuff, scapulae and upper back. Included will be asanas that address both shoulder stability and mobility as well as how to work with shoulder injuries. Class will not be heated. This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 3 Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance. Open to ALL curious students, teacher and non-teacher alike!
