About the teacher:

Hello, I’m Jenny – an artist and a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of yoga training.

I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to those who might feel shy, self-conscious, or unsure because of their body. Yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and confident, no matter where you're starting from.

In addition to my regular yoga classes, I also offer workshops where I blend the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness art with the transformative power of yoga, creating a nurturing space for both creativity and inner peace

My Yoga Training Journey:

  • 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course - More Yoga (2021)
  • 300 Hours Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Course -Indian Yoga Association Karnataka (2023)
  • Yin Yoga Teacher Training - with Norman Blair (2022)
  • Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training - with Dina Cohen (2024)
