This Yoga Dragon Warrior Flow is the perfect time to connect with your inner warrior, release anxiety and stress, and build a foundation for better movement and mobility. Beginners welcome, this is a foundational flow with options for more studied students to take the practice deeper. Open to anyone, not just Realtors, so bring a friend!
We will gather at the outdoor lawn and pavillion of Smooth Rock Cafe. You will go to the Smooth Rock Surgical Dermatology Group main dropoff entrance, take the staircase down to the left.
In the event of severe weather, we will move indoors to the conference room.
Suggested Venmo donation of $15.
