Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View's Cozy Studio on Thursday November 19th, 6:00-9:00pm, for an evening workshop that will focus on the anatomy of the knee, explore asanas’ effects and use of the knee joint, sequencing for best knee stabilization and care plus how to work with those who have knee injuries and/or knee replacements.This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 3 Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance. ALL curious students are welcome! Class is not hot/heated.
