Yoga for Grief is a slow, supportive journey through grief as it lives in the body.Blending Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mythological storytelling, journaling, and gentle ritual, this 6-week series offers space to soften, rest, and remember, without pressure to heal, fix, or move on.
The series concludes with a free, bonus 7th session that includes a nourishing tea ceremony and closing ritual, offering a sense of completion, connection, and care.
Dates; February 21st & 28th, March 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th. Bonus Session is April 11th. All sessions will be held at Alchemy Yoga Cochrane.
No yoga experience is required. This series is suitable for all bodies and all kinds of loss.
