Yoga doesn’t have to look like perfect body control or feel like a completely quiet mind. This welcoming, exploratory workshop is designed for ADHD nervous systems. Through movement, rhythm, breath, and rest, we’ll get curious about what regulation actually feels like in your body, and what can happen when we let the body lead instead of relying on the thinking mind to figure everything out.
Regulation can feel different from person to person. The intention is to notice your own patterns, build familiarity with what supports you, and begin trusting the cues your body gives you.
You’ll leave with a stronger sense of what helps you move toward regulation, along with familiar practices your body has had a chance to experience and return to, without a prescribed routine or one-size-fits-all approach.
No yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

About the instructor:
Jaqs (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent parent, community-builder, and lifelong lover of animals, nature, and slower rhythms. She cares deeply about creating spaces where people feel less pressure to edit themselves in order to fit. Spaces where people can show up fully as themselves, whether that means quirky, quiet, silly, grieving, joyful, overwhelmed, or anything in between.
For Jaqs, yoga is less about achieving a shape and more about creating softness: in the body, in the mind, around pain, and between thoughts. It is a practice of listening, loosening, and learning to come home to yourself with warmth, curiosity, and a promise to stay.
