HEY TUCSON! 🌵 Do you like metal? Do you like doing things to help your community? Has anyone ever told you that you swear too much?Well, do I have a yoga class for you.
Yes. I said yoga. 💀🕉️
LOOK AROUND. Local businesses are closing left & right — and sadly, Evil Face could be next. So let’s get f*cking loud about it.
What is Headbangers Yoga? Think 90 minutes of ALL-LEVELS yoga, but with metal and plenty of opportunities to get your frustrations out. Curse. Yell. Headbang. Throw up your horns. Whatever. 🤘
Sometimes relief doesn’t come from being calm and positive. Sometimes you need to get the anger and adrenaline OUT.
So fuck the toxic positivity. This ain’t no TED Talk. We’re watching pieces of our community disappear, and we CAN do something about it. Small businesses are someone’s dream brought to life, and we’re watching them get taken out like the blonde girl in a slasher film. 💀
We need to come together where we can.
All proceeds from this class go directly to Evil Face Entertainment. 🖤
Can’t touch your toes? No one gives a fck.
Never done yoga? Also don’t give a fck.😂
Bring a mat, water, your favorite band shirt & an open mind.
🤘 SWEAR. FLOW. LET THAT SHIT GO. 🤘
