YOGA + CREATE - Yoga and Petal Pumpkin Workshop
Join us for an hour of feel-good vinyasa flow yoga with Phoebe, after which the mindfulness continues as we swap movement for making and create our very own floral pumpkins with Blank Canvas.
In this relaxed one-hour creative workshop, we're ditching the carving knives in favour of paintbrushes, pressed blooms and a little creative play. Whether you go beautifully autumnal or delightfully spooky, your pumpkin is yours to make your own.
We'll provide everything you need for this mindful evening, including yoga mats, pressed dried flowers and acrylic paints, and guide you through getting started. After that, it's all about slowing down, switching off and enjoying some mindful making at your own pace.
Come solo, bring your pals, or make some new creative friends along the way. And remember, no experience needed.
