Cape Fear Valley Health cancer patients are invited to join us for free Yoga at Cape Fear Valley Cancer Treatment & CyberKnife Center!Held the third Thursday of each month in the Cancer Center Conference Room. To get to the Conference Room, take the elevator inside the Cancer Treatment & CyberKnife Center lobby to the lower level.
Join us for a beginner yoga class each month! No experience or flexibility needed. Yoga mats are provided. Just bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothes.

Each session is facilitated by a certified yoga instructor from HEAL Holistic who integrates breath, movement and mindfulness to support both emotional and physical well-being.
