Seven days and Six nights, South of Puerto Vallarta

The time has arrived to embrace your authentic self as the ocean soothes your nervous system morning and night. This unique retreat is in a state of the arts home is an elegant 5-story, ocean-front villa with 10 bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, private deck over looking the ocean. In the common space there's 6 large terraces, an infinity pool, out door jacuzzi, and ocean level-covered pavilion. We are handicapped accessible with an elevator tucked away along the shoreline of Banderas Bay.
This location is ideal for our Sunrise Mediation, Yoga, + Brunch over looking the Ocean. After brunch we have arranged transpiration to lead you to breath taking waterfalls via hiking / max four miles round trip, secluded beaches, crystal clear river at the botanical gardens, plus a sunset paddle to Los Arcos to swim in the Bioluminesces on the new moon! *Adventures are not handicapped accessible other than the boats taking us to specific locations. There is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding areas.
Who can participate in a yoga?
No experience is required. All levels are welcome!

*Afternoon at Playa Gemelas for a beach day
*Hike to Paula Maria Waterfall to swim
*Boat to Playa Colomitos and have a beach day
*Sunset Paddle to Los Arcos to swim with the Bioluminescence
*Boat to Ouimixto and Hike to a Water Fall Swimming hole
*Botanical Gardens and swim in the fresh water river

* Full immersion in the retreat with classes, workshops, and daily practices
* 1 ninety minute Yoga class each morning
*1 daily Satsang session (with meditation, mantra chanting, + spiritual teachings)
*3 day Ayurvedic Series
*Transportation to and from all afternoon excursions

Day 1, January 7th, Thursday
4:30-7pm: Settle into rooms
7-8pm: Dinner
8-9:30pm: Inauguration: Opening Ceremony with your one sacred item for the altar build + Sound Bath with Colleen
Day 2, Jan. 8th, Friday,
7:00 - 7:30am: New Moon Meditation
7:30 - 9am: Yoga (bring your workbook to each class)
9:00 - 10am: Breakfast
11:00 - Van leaves for Playa Gemelas
11:30 - 2:30pm Beach time
2:30pm - Make our way back to Retreat Center or you can Uber to town to shop. Just be back by 4pm for dinner.
3:00 - 3:30pm: Relax at Retreat Center
3:30 - 4:30pm: Optional Yoga
4:30 - 5:30pm: Dinner
5:30 - 8:30pm: Leave for Mismaloya / New Moon Sunset Paddle for Bioluminesce
9 - Circle up at Paddle Zone
9:15pm: Drive back to Retreat Center
Day 3, Jan. 9th, Saturday
7:00 - 7:30am: Meditation
7:30 - 9am: Yoga (bring your workbook to each class)
9:00 - 10am: Breakfast
11:00am - Van leaves for Paula Maria waterfall hike and swim (Wear your swimsuit, hiking water shoes, bring bug spray, goggles, waterproof phone case, and shawl /travel towel)
3:00pm- Make our way back to retreat center
3:30 - 5pm: Relax at Retreat Center
5:00 - 6:00pm: Dinner
6:00 - 7:00pm: Ayurvedic Class with Nickole (bring book to class)
7:30 - 8:30pm: Yoga with Nickole + Sound Bath with Colleen
Day 4, Jan. 10th, Sunday
7:00 - 7:30am: Meditation
7:30 - 9am: Yoga
9:00 - 10am: Breakfast
11:00 - 1pm: Botanical Gardens (wear your swimsuit, bring bug spray, water shoes, goggles, waterproof phone case, and shawl / travel towel)
1 - 2pm: Meet at restaurant if you want for beverages and food
2 - 3:30pm: Go to the River
4pm: - Make our way back to Retreat Center
4:30 -5pm Relax at Retreat Center
5:00 - 6:00pm: Dinner
6:00 - 6:45pm: Watch Sunset from our decks
7:30 - 8:30pm: Ayurvedic Class with Nickole (bring book to class)
8:45 - 9:45pm: Sound and Movement Class
Day 5, Jan. 11th, Monday
7:00 - 7:30am: Meditation
7:30 - 9am: Yoga
9:00 - 10am: Breakfast
10:30 - Leave for Boca de Tomatlan
10:45 - 11:11am: Walk Boca and then meet to get on boat
11:45 - 12:15pm: Boat to Quimixto.
12:15 - 1:15pm: Hike or take a horse to Waterfall
1:15 - 2:30pm: Swim in waterfall and have lunch if you like.
2:30 - Hike back down
3 - 4pm: boat to another beach
5:30 - 6pm: Back to Retreat Center
6 - 6:30pm: Watch Sunset
6:30 - 7:30pm: Dinner
7:30-8:30pm: Ayurvedic Class with Nickole
Day 6, Jan. 12th, Tuesday
7:00 - 7:30am: Meditation
7:30 - 9am: Yoga (bring your workbook to each class)
9:00 - 10am: Breakfast
11:00am - Van leaves for Playa Gemelas
11:30 - 2pm: Beach time
2:30pm- Make our way back to retreat center
3:00 - 5pm: Relax at Retreat Center
5:00 - 6:00pm: Dinner
6:00 - 7:30pm: Watch Sunset and pack some of your items
7:30 - 9pm: Closing Ceremony
