Start your Sunday with movement, community, and a little fun at Sonny's!Join me every Sunday at 11 AM for an all-levels, creative vinyasa yoga class designed to be welcoming, playful, and empowering. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or you’ve been practicing for years, this class offers something for everyone. I break down alignment and transitions in an approachable way so beginners feel supported, while also offering optional challenges and opportunities to explore more advanced poses for seasoned yogis looking to play and grow.
Bring your mat, your friends, and your good energy — and if you’d like, grab a drink from the brewery to enjoy during class. After we flow, we stick around to hang out, grab a drink, and enjoy pizza and wings next door with the community.
