Join us for a 60-minute, all-levels Vinyasa flow surrounded by beautiful plants at Recreational Pots & Plants!
This intentional flow will connect breath with movement while creating space to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome exactly as you are. No experience necessary!
