🧘♀️ Yoga Returns to Our Veterans Haven 🧘♂️We’re very pleased to announce that Yoga at the Haven is starting again from next Tuesday at 10:00am, delivered in partnership with Invisible Injuries and RSL Active.
These sessions are specifically designed to support veterans, first responders, and their families, with a strong focus on both physical wellbeing and mental health. The yoga is gentle, inclusive, and trauma-aware, making it suitable for all abilities and experience levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break. There is no pressure, no expectations, and no judgement. You move at your own pace, in your own way.
Following the session, everyone is invited to stay on for morning tea, providing a relaxed and informal space to connect. This will be followed by optional support and group discussion, where participants can share, listen, or simply sit quietly among others who understand. These conversations often become one of the most valuable parts of the morning, helping to reduce isolation and strengthen connection within our community.
