I'm offering a free/donation-based yoga class on October 4 at 10 a.m. at Garvey Ranch Park in Monterey Park. Please bring a mat or towel and something to drink. I have yoga straps to use.
To find me, check the shady spots and look for the “Be Kind” flag.
I’m looking forward to seeing you in the park!
