Yoga at Brand Park w/ Monica
Join us for an uplifting session of park yoga for everyBODY. Led by local instructor Monica who you may know from park yoga at Verdugo Park (Go Heart Adventist) or the local YMCA. She welcomes all levels and ages to enjoy an approachable practice in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of Brand Park. Embrace wellness and community spirit in an outdoor setting. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to stretch, breathe, and connect!
Parking is available on site. Please bring a yoga mat + your hydration/sun protection/ comfort essentials. (Extra mats may be available if needed). Good tunes will be played!
*A note about tickets/cost - please feel free to bring cash instead of paying online. If $ is whats stopping you, please just come as you are or feel free to make a smaller donation.
