You’re warmly invited into a nourishing evening of movement, music and deep rest ✨ A 90 minute journey combining gentle, accessible yoga with live sound healing, creating space to soften, unwind and reconnect with yourself
✨ The experience
This shared journey weaves together:
✧ Gentle, accessible yoga with Natali, suitable for all abilities
✧ Live sound healing with Ash & Annabelle, featuring guitar, crystal singing bowls and voice
✧ Angelic and crystalline frequencies woven throughout the practice
✧ Moments of stillness and rest where you can pause, soften and bathe in the sounds
✧ An extended 15 minute sound journey at the end, inviting you into deeper relaxation and integration

🌙 The journey
Imagine moving gently through a yoga practice while being surrounded by beautiful live music
As Natali guides you through mindful movement and breath, Ash and Annabelle weave guitar, crystal singing bowls and voice throughout the experience, creating an evolving soundscape of angelic tones and crystalline frequencies
There will be moments to pause, rest and simply receive the sounds, allowing yourself to soften into stillness whenever you need to
As the practice draws to a close, settle into a longer 15 minute sound journey, where you can lie back, let go and immerse yourself in the music
We’ll finish by sharing herbal tea and taking some time to connect with one another 💛

This experience is open to all abilities, and no previous experience with yoga or sound healing is needed
Everything is gently guided, with space to move at your own pace, rest whenever you need and honour what feels right for your body
Whether you’re completely new to these practices or already love them, you’re warmly welcome
