A bit more about Martin & Fernanda and Pause & Pace:
Founded by Martin and Fernanda, Pause & Pace brings together two cultures and a shared passion for helping people reconnect with themselves. Following successful corporate careers, they created Pause & Pace to share the practices that helped them slow down, reconnect with nature, and live more purposefully.
Inspired by Fernanda’s Indigenous Brazilian heritage and Martin’s Highland Scottish roots, their heart-centred experiences weave together cacao, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and mindful movement. Our intention is to create safe, welcoming spaces where people can pause, breathe, connect, and rediscover the wisdom within themselves.
