About this Event
Whether you're just beginning to think about growing your family, actively trying to conceive, or simply interested in learning more about reproductive health, this event offers a welcoming space to connect, learn, and unwind.
The evening will begin with a fertility talk led by one of our experienced fertility physicians, who will discuss fertility health, common questions, treatment options, and the latest advances in reproductive medicine. There will also be time for Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Following the discussion, enjoy a gentle yoga session led by our certified yoga instructor, Giliana Busler, NP-C. Designed for all experience levels, this class focuses on mindfulness, relaxation, and gentle movement to help reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
