Light & Flow: Yoga & Candle Workshop
Awaken your energy and clear the space within.
We begin with a warming Ayurvedic tea and an all-levels yoga session to ground body and mind. Afterwards, you’ll ease into a cozy candle making workshop where you create your own scented candle — a symbolic light for your new beginning.
Before we dive into the meditative art of candle making, we begin on the mat. In this 60-minute yoga session, we softly awaken body and mind and create space for fresh, new energy.
Our focus will be on:
Twists & Rotations: Helping you release lingering tension and invite new vitality into your body
Heart-Opening Postures: Creating spaciousness through the chest while welcoming the uplifting energy of spring.
Breathwork: Through conscious breathing, we clear the mind and cultivate inner calm to channel your creativity into your handmade candles.
Creative Candle Making
Guided by Yoana from Dankbar, you’ll craft your very own scented candle, decorated with care and intention.
Cozy Closing Moment
End the workshop with a warm cup of tea in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. A moment to breathe, reflect, and simply be – setting the tone for a mindful and joyful start to the year
