WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be guided through a calming yoga practice blended with intuitive art explorations, designed to connect you with your breath, sensations and emotions. Through colour, shape and imagery, you’ll explore and reveal your inner landscape - beyond what words can sometimes express.
A supportive space to slow down, connect with yourself, and let your creativity flow.
