Welcome to Greenhouse Yoga with Sound Bath by Danielle!Come join us for a relaxing yoga session at the Greenhouse. Tuesday nights class is designed to be Vinyasa style that ends with Yin. We build up some heat to end in deep and intentional Yin poses. This combination helps end the night with a full relaxation. No experience needed, just bring your mat and some water!
