Steph believes that yoga is a vital practice for cultivating balance and harmony in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She is fascinated by pain neuroscience and is passionate about weaving yoga and relaxation practices into her treatment offerings for people who experience persistent pain, anxiety and stress.
