Chill out with this relaxed session. Anya from Balance Garden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.

· Current series dates: 4 Feb, 18 Feb, 18 March, 15 April, 24 June. Each session is designed to be complete, so it does not matter if you come to one or all the sessions.
