Interactive Core Session: Mental Health Ambassador Sharing & Expressive Art Workshop
An interactive, creative workshop designed for young people to explore self-image, self-compassion, and personal resilience. Through guided individual and group collage artwork and lived-experience sharing by Mental Health Ambassadors, participants will gain practical insights and a supportive space to reflect on self-image.
