Give yourself permission to slow down, switch off, and sink into a state of deep rest and relaxation.This nourishing two-hour Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience is designed to help release physical tension, calm a busy mind, and restore balance to your body and nervous system.
We will begin with gentle pranayama breathing practices to help settle the mind and prepare the body for relaxation. From there, you'll be guided through a series of deeply restorative yin yoga postures, allowing you to soften, unwind, and let go of accumulated stress and tension.
As you rest in each pose, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, different instruments, and sacred mantra, creating a deeply calming experience that supports relaxation on every level.
The evening will conclude with uplifting kirtan meditation, inviting a sense of connection, inner peace, and joy through the timeless practice of mantra meditation.
Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of some time to recharge, this experience offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe, and release.
