Slow down, soften, and reconnect during this special 90-minute Yin + Reiki experience led by Lauren Vantine.Lauren will begin by guiding you through a grounding Yin practice, moving through longer-held postures designed to create space in the body, release tension, and invite stillness. Once students are settled into each pose, Lauren will move throughout the room offering Reiki connected to the chakra being explored, beginning at the root and gradually working upward before closing with grounding Reiki during Savasana.
Reiki may be received hands-on or hands-off, depending entirely on your comfort level. Crystals will be available for students who would like to indicate that they are comfortable receiving hands-on Reiki.
Together, the deep stillness of Yin and the energy work of Reiki create an opportunity to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body, and simply receive.
No previous experience with Yin or Reiki is necessary. All are welcome.
We’ll provide everything you need to settle in comfortably, including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. We also have yoga mats available to use if you don’t have your own.
