Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice using long, passive poses to gently release tension, stretch connective tissues, and quiet the mind. The focus is on presence, self-acceptance, and listening to your body—there is no emphasis on performance or physical achievement.
This is a sober-focused, substance-free space intentionally designed to support recovery. You are welcome exactly where you are in your journey. No prior yoga experience is needed, and rest is always encouraged.
