Yin yoga is a practice of maintaining a posture for a long time, and as the depth deepens, areas of connective tissue such as ligaments, tendons, bones, joints, etc. that are usually difficult to reach can be deeply extended. Yin yoga emphasizes relaxation throughout the body without activating muscle strength.

Yin yoga maintains softness in the core of the body, promoting the circulation of stagnant qi (prana) in various joints, thereby creating a smooth sense of relaxation. Simultaneously cultivate a stable and suitable body concentration for meditation.

At I Feel Good Yoga Space, I want to make everyone feel better and more joyful, both physically and mentally. I am delighted to help you to find balance in your body and achieve inner peace and sense of well-being.

Here, we mainly share Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice classes at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, as well as Yin Yoga classes that helps to decrease stress and tension after fast-paced work. My favorite yoga class is Restorative Flow Yoga, which is suitable for everyone. Whether you have practiced yoga or not, and whether your body's flexibility is sufficient, you can experience the joy and comfort of yoga in this course. But Restorative Flow Yoga is not so easy. It combines the essence of Ayurveda and Chinese traditional Kung fu. It also has beginner and intermediate levels of difficulty in physical practice, and helps us enhance our mental strength in the energy layer.

Important Information

- This event is an opportunity for me as a yoga teacher to improve my teaching skills. If you do sign up for the event, please take it seriously. If you need to cancel, do it at least 24 hours in advance.

- Your gratitude and feedback are the most welcome. While the event is free, small donations are accepted - but not necessary.

- Bring your own mat if possible (otherwise we provide mats in the studio's, ask the teacher where to find the Yoga mats) and make sure you arrive on time: at least 5 minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in. The door opens 20 min before class starts; you are welcome to arrive early and hang out!
