Ofrenda: Yin Yoga & Sound Bowls with Jenn
Honor Dia de los Muertos with a 90 minute warm room yin yoga practice, bathed in crystal sound bowls. We'll build an optional community ofrenda before class, bring a photo or memento of a loved one who has passed if you would like to contribute. Or, simply come to rest and receive.
Sunday, November 1st. 1:30-3:00 Vivify House of Yoga. Sign up on the the Vivify website https://www.vivifynm.com/. Free with membership. Drop in $12 plus tax. Credit cards accepted, no cash. Please pay on the website or at the door.
Please bring a small pillow and/or blanket, and water. Mats, blocks, and bolsters are available to borrow.
