About this Event
✨ Experience a unique fusion of Yin Yoga and relaxation hypnosis designed to silence the rational mind. We use long-held Yin poses to release physical tension, followed by guided visualisation to help you bypass everyday stress and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you see vivid imagery or simply fall into a deep state of peace, you will leave feeling healed, grounded, and profoundly relaxed. No prior experience is necessary.
✨ Important to Note: This is not clinical or medical hypnosis. It is a safe, meditative space designed for self-discovery and profound stress relief.
The class is held in English and is beginner-friendly. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
