A special session of deep rest, release & energetic renewalStep away from the busy rush of life and into a softly held, candlelit space designed for deep nervous system restoration.
This intimate experience weaves together nourishing Yin yoga, extended meditation, and gentle group healing to help you completely reset — physically, emotionally and energetically.
We move slowly.
We breathe deeply.
We soften what has been held.
This is your permission to pause.
